For the past 10 years, Chris England has led the integration of ESH of domestic and international firms acquisitions for ITT Corp. and Xylem Inc. He has also worked on corporate teams to develop their acquisition model and integrate with the current ESH Management System.
Mr. England has been in the ESH field since 1996 with experience in the areas of plating, boiler and pump manufacturing, chemical manufacturing and distribution, and manufacturing in water and wastewater equipment.
He has presented on Acquisition Management at the 2011 American Industrial Hygiene Association Conference, the 2011 National Association for Environmental Management EHS Compliance Excellence Conference. Additionally he has presented at the annual Xylem ESH&S Americas, European, and Asia Pacific conferences on topics such as culture change, management systems, regulatory compliance, auditing, acquisition integration, introduction for new ESH professionals, incident investigation and root cause analysis.
