John T. Mourand, Corporate Director of Environmental Compliance & Sustainability; Briggs & Stratton Corp.
John Mourand is the Corporate Director of Environmental Compliance and Sustainability for Briggs & Stratton Corp. In his role, he is responsible for global environmental compliance, due diligence in acquisitions and divestitures, public reporting on the corporation’s environmental and sustainability performance, and managing corporate energy purchasing and energy efficiency projects.
With more than 20 years of environmental management experience, Mr. Mourand also leads the company’s Sustainability Board and is an advisor on the Wisconsin Sustainability Business Council.
He has a licensed professional engineer and received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
